In order to best serve our customers, K9INFO.COM has implemented problem resolution and tracking software to help resolve any errors you might encounter in the K9INFO.COM dog database or with the website itself.

Please submit all technical support requests (i.e. typographical errors, web page errors, etc...) through the links listed below or through the links provided throughout the website (i.e. on a specific dog's page). This will help us better categorize issues that exist and will expedite the correction of any problems you have identified.

Where's My Dog?
If you can't locate your dog in the the K9INFO.COM dog database please review our Frequently Asked Questions list for answers to this and other common support questions.

Typographical/Spelling Errors
If you have identified a typographical error, mis-spelling or other error specific to a particular dog, go to the dog's page and use:

 Submit an error

Select the appropriate check box next to the field containing the error, enter a brief description of the error, and optionally, enter your e-mail address if you would like to receive notification when the error is resolved.

Web Site and Non-Database Related Errors
For errors involving web site functionality (i.e. broken links, etc...) please e-mail: support@k9info.com.
